Biography

From 2000 to 2014, Alessandro worked for a range of companies including Accenture, Allianz, and Zurich Insurance, mainly with IT or Project Management roles. In 2014, he joined Cargeas Assicurazioni as Head of Organisation and Services. In 2018, Alessandro took responsibility also for HR activities, becoming Head of Human Resources and Organisation and member of the Executive Committee. From 2022, as Cargeas was merged into Intesa Sanpaolo, he has been the Head of Learning & Development, Culture, and Inclusion for the Insurance Division of the Bank. Alessandro joined REYL Intesa Sanpaolo in 2024 as Head of Human Resources in Geneva, starting from 1st of June.
